IvyClan Clearing

This is the clearing of IvyClan.


Frequently hunted prey:

Squirrels: Meaty and a great source of protein. Out run them and their snap neck usually
Rabbit: Satisfying and tasty
Vole: They are quick and plump, good luck!
Wood Mice: Occasional prey, everywhere
Chipmunks everywhere in the trees


Chase away:

Foxes: Quick and sly, be careful
Badgers: Watch out for their teeth
Rouges: They steal our prey. Chase them away with caution
Wolves: Quick ans stealthy. Watch out for their canines
Other clan cats: Chase away unless requesting to see the Leader take with caution

SunBlaze padded in shortly, organizing moss and sharpening his claws on the ground. "Hello!" He called out to Scarpelt. "I'm gonna go hunting later in the stream! Care to join me?"

Sunblazes notices her. "How's your first day at IvyClan?" His smile is warming, for he wants nothing but to make a friend.

"Trust me, you'll love it here. It may not be squeaky clean or anything, but, I've been here for 5 years, and I've really learned to like it. Say what, how 'bout we go hunting? I've got some great techniques up my paw."

Featherheart pads into the camp nervously, yet glad she had come across a small, nice clan.

SunBlaze pads into the clearing from a hunt with a large fish dragging behind him. He tosses it onto the pile and it nearly squashes all of the other pieces of kill and he glances around the clearing, still out of breath. He wipes his sweaty forehead with his paw and begins licking his pelt moist with sweat from carrying the large fish all the way from the stream.

Feather looks up from her thoughts and calls out. "Hello!" She grins and pads up to tom. "I'm Featherheart, new to the clan." She looks at the fish and looks back at the cat. "Nice fish you caught there."

He glances up at her and huffs slightly, still out of breath from the largeness of the fish. "Oh- hi." He smiles. "You're new here? That's great! I'm sure you don't know the clan territory very well yet, am I right?" He stops licking his pelt and his muscular build shows when he stands straight.

Featherheart nodded "Yes, I don't really know the territory very well. Do you think you could show me around?" She asks tilting her head slightly and flicking her tail.

He nodded and sat. "Just let me catch my breath for a minute." After 5 minutes, he stood again and took a sip of water out of a watering whole in the ground. "Shall we go?" He smiles warmly.

She nodded. "Sure." Feather stretches slightly. "Ready when you are."

He nodded and started to pad out of the clearing. "Just follow me!"
